Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra, has released the terms and conditions for the 4th Round/Mop-Up/Stray Vacancy Round of undergraduate AYUSH counselling for the academic session 2026–27. The counselling will be conducted for admission to BAMS and BHMS courses against seats remaining vacant after the earlier three rounds.
Eligible NEET UG 2026 candidates must follow the university's revised counselling requirements, including registration, choice filling, security fee payment and document verification. The university has also specified conditions for candidates who participated in previous counselling rounds or have already secured admission.
Candidates seeking admission must fulfil the eligibility requirements prescribed in the NEET UG 2026 Information Bulletin and applicable AYUSH admission regulations.
For BAMS admission, candidates must have attained 17 years of age on or before 31 December 2026. As per the university guidelines, NCISM has decided not to insist on an upper age limit for BAMS admission.
Candidates who have already joined a seat allotted through an earlier round of All India or State counselling will not be eligible to participate in this round unless they cancel their existing admission and provide documentary proof of cancellation, subject to the conditions specified by the university.
Fresh registration will be allowed for the 4th Round/Mop-Up Round. New candidates must register through the online counselling portal:
https://skau.online-counselling.co.in/
Candidates who registered in earlier rounds but were not allotted a seat, did not join or left their allotted seat and wish to participate again must log in to the portal. They must submit the required declaration, fill in fresh college and course preferences and pay the applicable security fee.
Candidates who have already taken admission through university or All India counselling cannot participate unless they cancel their admission before joining this round and submit documentary proof. The security fee previously deposited with the university will be forfeited in such cases. Fresh preferences must be submitted for the Mop-Up Round.
The university has prescribed different security fee amounts depending on the type of seats candidates wish to select.
| Seat Preference | Security Fee |
|---|---|
| State Quota seats in Government/Government-aided Ayurvedic Institutes only | INR 5,000 |
| State Quota seats in Government and/or State Quota or Management Quota seats in Private BAMS Institutes/Universities | INR 50,000 |
Candidates must deposit the applicable security fee during fresh registration or choice filling. Payment of the required amount is mandatory for participation.
The security amount will be adjusted against the first-year course fee if the candidate joins the allotted seat. It will be forfeited if an allotted candidate does not join, surrenders the seat due to an unforeseen reason, or has admission cancelled because of incorrect information or failure to produce the required documents within the prescribed period.
Candidates who are not allotted any seat will be eligible for a refund after following the prescribed refund process.
Reservation benefits will be provided in participating colleges and institutions according to the Haryana State reservation policy.
If seats reserved for particular categories remain vacant because eligible candidates from those categories are unavailable, the vacant seats may be offered to other candidates after the prescribed category conversion process.
The university has also clarified that requests for shifting from one institute to another will not be permitted.
Candidates who receive a seat allotment must pay the tuition fee online through their dashboard to Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra, at the time of joining.
Failure to deposit the required tuition fee will result in cancellation of admission. Candidates must complete the admission process within the stipulated period and report to the allotted college in person for document verification and other joining formalities.
Candidates must produce their original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies and four photographs at the allotted college.
The required documents include:
Matriculation (Class 10) certificate.
Senior Secondary (Class 12) certificate.
Character certificate issued by the last attended college or institute.
Haryana Resident Domicile certificate.
NEET UG 2026 scorecard.
Benchmark Disability certificate, wherever applicable.
Proof of identification.
Caste certificate and other relevant category certificates, wherever applicable.
Any additional documents required under the applicable notification.
Candidates whose original documents are deposited at another college or institute must produce the receipt issued by that institution along with an undertaking to submit the originals within the period specified by the allotted college.
Candidates applying for a PwD seat must produce the relevant Benchmark Disability certificate issued by an appropriate institution mentioned in Annexure-VI of the notification.
An affidavit undertaking is also mandatory, confirming that the candidate is not pursuing a BAMS undergraduate course at any institute in India.
The university has outlined several additional conditions for candidates participating in the 4th Round:
Personal appearance at the allotted college for joining and document verification is compulsory.
Any discrepancy or false statement found in the submitted documents may lead to cancellation of admission.
The concerned college must establish a document verification committee responsible for checking the candidate's documents.
If a fake document or discrepancy is reported later, both the student and the college may be held responsible for cancellation of admission. The fee will be forfeited, and the seat will remain vacant.
Grievances will be accepted only through tickets raised on the online admission portal.
Private BAMS/BHMS colleges or institutes under private universities cannot make admissions independently. Such admissions will be considered null and void.
Candidates must follow applicable orders of the Supreme Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court, State Government, Government of India, Ministry of AYUSH and NCISM.
The decision of Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra, will be final in case of disputes or issues.
