The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has announced the commencement of option confirmation for the third phase allotment to MBBS and BDS courses under the State Quota for the academic year 2025–26.

According to the official notification, online option confirmation is mandatory for all candidates—both those who have already been allotted a seat and those who have not received any allotment in the previous rounds. Candidates must confirm their options through the official website www.cee.kerala.gov.in before 11:00 AM on October 14, 2025.

Once the confirmation is done, candidates can rearrange, delete, or modify their higher-order options within the same deadline. Those who fail to confirm their options will have their existing second-phase allotment retained, and they won’t be considered for further allotments.

Key Dates and Schedule:

• October 6, 2025: Option confirmation and re-arrangement window opens.

• October 14, 2025 (11:00 AM): Last date for option confirmation and modifications.

• October 15, 2025: Publication of Provisional Allotment List.

• October 16, 2025: Publication of Final Allotment List.

• October 17–22, 2025 (4:00 PM): Candidates must join the allotted colleges.

• October 22, 2025 (5:00 PM): College authorities must submit the list of admitted candidates through OAMS.
