The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has invited online options from eligible candidates for the first phase of centralised allotment to DNB (Post MBBS) courses for 2026.

According to the notification dated November 3, 2026, candidates who have applied for DNB (Post MBBS) admission in the state can register their preferred hospital and course options through the official website, www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

The online option registration deadline is November 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Only options submitted online by eligible candidates included in the Kerala State Merit List will be considered for allotment.

7. Register the preferred hospital and course options in order of preference.

8. Submit the options online before November 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

Important Instructions for Candidates

CEE Kerala has issued important instructions regarding option registration and allotment:

• Candidates should register only those hospital and course options under the selected quota that they are certain to join if allotted.

• Only options registered through the online portal will be considered for allotment.

• Options sent by post, fax or email to the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will not be processed.

• Candidates should regularly visit the official website for updates regarding applications, allotments and admissions.

• CEE Kerala will not send individual communications by post or through other modes regarding DNB (Post MBBS) allotment.
