Candidates who submitted online applications under the notifications dated October 6 and October 13, 2026, and are included in the revised Kerala State merit list are also eligible to register options.

Register new options or delete and rearrange existing choices, as required.
Complete the process before 11:00 AM on November 8, 2026.
Candidates should review their preferences carefully before the deadline, as the allotment process will be based on the options received within the specified period.
CEE Kerala has specified different option registration fees for candidates participating in the final round, depending on the type of seat selected.
| Seat Preference | Option Registration Fee |
|---|---|
| Government dental college seat only | Annual tuition fee of the opted seat |
| Government and private self-financing dental college seats | INR 1,00,000 |
| Eligible SC/ST/OE and other candidates receiving fee concessions | 50% of the applicable amount |
The registration fee paid for the final round will be adjusted against the course fee if the candidate receives an allotment. If no allotment is made, the fee will be refunded after the counselling process ends.
Candidates who wish to cancel their existing admission and do not want to participate in further allotments must apply for a Transfer Certificate by 5:00 PM on November 7, 2026.
CEE Kerala has clarified that candidates applying for a Transfer Certificate or cancellation of admission after the deadline will not receive a fee refund under any circumstances. Such candidates will also have to pay liquidated damages as specified under Clause 19.5 of the applicable prospectus.
Candidates who cancel their admission under these conditions will not be eligible to participate in the Stray Vacancy Filling allotment.
The notification also states that if the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) directs that candidates allotted or admitted under the third round of All India Quota counselling are ineligible for the third round of State Quota counselling, and shares the relevant candidate list, their options will not be considered for State Quota allotment.
Candidates who receive an allotment must join the allotted course and college between November 11 and November 16, 2026, by 4:00 PM. They must carry the required documents and pay the applicable fees at the allotted institution.
College authorities must approve and submit the list of admitted candidates to CEE Kerala through the Online Admission Management System (OAMS) by 5:00 PM on November 16, 2026.
Candidates should refer to the official notification dated October 7, 2026, for additional details regarding option registration and stray vacancy filling.
