The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE Kerala) has commenced the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) for admission to the PG (M.Sc) Nursing Course for the academic year 2026-27. The allotment process covers Government Nursing Colleges and Government Merit Seats in Private Self-financing Nursing Colleges across Kerala. Candidates, including service candidates, who are included in the rank list can register their course-college options online through the official website www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
The Option Registration facility opened on October 1, 2026, and eligible candidates can submit their options until October 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Candidates must log in to the ‘PG Nursing 2026 - Candidate Portal’ using their Application Number and Password. After logging in, candidates can select the ‘Option Registration’ menu to register their preferred course-college combinations.
Candidates who wish to register their options are required to pay an Option Registration Fee of INR 2,000 to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC categories eligible for benefits under the specified Government Orders, as well as candidates from Juvenile Home, Nirbhaya Home and Sreechithra Home, are required to pay a reduced registration fee of INR 500.
The registration fee must be paid online before registering the options. The fee once paid cannot be changed. Candidates who do not receive an allotment will have their registration fee refunded. The fee will not be adjusted against the course fee and will also be refunded to eligible admitted candidates, subject to the refund provisions. In certain cases, the registration fee may not be refunded and may be treated as a penalty as specified under Prospectus Clause 12(vii).
CEE Kerala has clarified that candidates who fail to register their options within the prescribed deadline will not be considered for allotment under any circumstances. The options registered during this phase will also be considered for subsequent phases of allotment. No fresh option registration facility will be available in the second phase, and candidates will generally be allowed only to confirm their existing options unless otherwise notified. Options sent through email, post or hand delivery will not be considered.
The list of Nursing Colleges and Courses available for allotment will be displayed on the candidate's Home Page. Candidates can enter options according to their priority of course-college combinations. CEE Kerala has advised candidates to register options only for those courses and colleges where they are willing to join if allotted.
The seats in Medical Surgical Nursing at CSI College of Nursing, Karakonam, Thiruvananthapuram have also been included in the option registration. However, allotment to these seats will be made only after obtaining Government approval of the seat roster.
