Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal, has released a notification for the first phase of web-based counselling for admission to the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) course under Management Quota B and C/NRI categories for the 2026-27 academic year.

The notification, dated October 29, 2026, applies to eligible candidates included in the final merit list published on the university website. Candidates can select their preferred colleges and categories through the designated online portal within the prescribed schedule.

KNRUHS BHMS Web Option Dates 2026

Eligible candidates must complete their web-option entry within the following schedule:

Candidates are advised to use a computer with an internet connection to exercise web options. The university has specifically advised candidates not to use mobile phones or tablets for this process.

College-Wise BHMS Management Quota Seats

KNRUHS has notified the following seat availability under B-category and C/NRI-category management quota seats in affiliated private Homoeopathy colleges.

According to the notification, 123 seats are available under the B category and 52 seats under the C/NRI category across the four listed colleges.

KNRUHS BHMS Management Quota Eligibility Conditions

Only candidates included in the final merit list for BHMS Management Quota admissions for 2026-27 are eligible to exercise web options, subject to the university's eligibility conditions.

The following candidates are not eligible to exercise web options:

• Candidates admitted to MBBS or BDS courses under Competent Authority Quota, Management Quota or All India Quota in KNRUHS-affiliated colleges.

• Candidates allotted BHMS seats under the All India Quota in KNRUHS-affiliated colleges.

• Candidates included in the ineligible list issued by the Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) on October 28, 2026, for ASU&H undergraduate counselling.

Candidates should review the university prospectus and the applicable counselling rules before submitting their preferences.

KNRUHS BHMS University Fee 2026-27

Candidates allotted BHMS seats must pay the prescribed university fee through the online payment gateway to download their allotment letters.

The tuition fee will be as notified by the Government of Telangana under G.O.Ms.No.123, Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department, dated September 4, 2026. Candidates should refer to the official notification for applicable fee details.

Important Instructions for Web-Option Entry

Candidates should follow these instructions while participating in the first phase of counselling:

• Read the prospectus available on the KNRUHS website before exercising web options.

• Select colleges and categories in order of preference. Candidates should enter preferences for both B-category and C/NRI-category seats as applicable.

• An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number during the web-option process. The password will consist of a six-letter code in English capital letters.

• Save and print a copy of the submitted web options for future reference.

• Check the counselling portal after the allotment process to view the seat allotment status.

• Pay the university fee online and download the allotment letter if a seat is allotted.

• Report to the allotted college principal within the joining deadline mentioned in the allotment letter, submit original certificates and the required bond, and pay the applicable tuition and college fees.

Candidates who do not join an allotted college within the specified deadline will have their allotment cancelled and will not be permitted to exercise web options in subsequent counselling phases. The university fee, once paid, is non-refundable.
