Candidates allotted MDS seats in previous Management Quota counselling phases and who joined the course are also eligible to exercise web options.
Candidates who were allotted seats in previous phases but did not report to the allotted college or discontinued the course are not eligible.
Candidates who did not exercise web options during the first phase of Management Quota counselling are not eligible for this phase, as per G.O.Ms.No.107, HM&FW(C1) Department, dated 22 August 2022.
Candidates allotted MDS seats must pay the prescribed university fee through the online payment gateway to download their allotment orders.

The tuition fee must be paid separately at the allotted dental college. The applicable tuition fee will be as notified by the Telangana Government through G.O.Ms.No.124, HM&FW Department, dated 4 September 2026.
The university has clarified that the university fee, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
KNRUHS has issued several instructions for candidates exercising web options:
Candidates can select any number of MDS specialities and colleges for which they are eligible. There is no limit on the number of choices.
Candidates should select only those courses, specialities, colleges and categories in which they are genuinely interested in joining.
Candidates are advised to consider colleges even if vacancies are not currently displayed in the seat matrix, as seats may become available due to sliding during the Mop-Up Phase.
Candidates must arrange their choices in order of preference for MQ1 and, wherever eligible, MQ2 (NRI).
If a candidate receives a new seat allotment in this phase, the seat allotted in an earlier counselling phase will automatically be cancelled and made available to another candidate.
Candidates should read the MDS prospectus and counselling regulations before submitting their preferences.
Candidates must exercise web options through a computer with an internet connection. KNRUHS has advised candidates not to use mobile phones or tablets for the process.
A six-letter One Time Password (OTP), consisting of English capital letters from A to Z, will be sent to the registered mobile number when candidates save their web options.
Candidates should carefully review their preferences and take a printout of the saved options for future reference.
Candidates will receive an SMS on their registered mobile number if a seat is allotted. They can also check their allotment status through the official counselling portal.
Selected candidates must pay the university fee online using a debit card, credit card or internet banking facility and download the allotment order.
Candidates must report to the Principal of the allotted college on or before the joining deadline mentioned in the allotment order. They must submit their original certificates, relevant bonds and prescribed tuition or college fees to complete admission formalities.
The allotted college will conduct final verification of original certificates. If any discrepancy is found, the provisional allotment may be cancelled and further action will be taken as per university regulations.
Candidates who fail to complete the admission process within the specified deadline will have their admission cancelled automatically. Candidates who do not join will not be eligible for any subsequent Stray Vacancy Counselling, if conducted.
Candidates who move to another college through the Mop-Up Phase must obtain the necessary relieving documents from their previously joined college.
They must collect their custodian certificate and applicable fee details and report to the newly allotted college before the last date of joining. Original certificates will be sent to the concerned college after the closure of admissions.
Candidates registered under the NRI category and allotted seats under MQ2 (NRI) Quota must submit the following documents at the allotted college:
Original sponsorship letter from the NRI relative.
Copy of the sponsor's passport or residence proof.
Sponsor's bank statement or bank passbook.
These documents must be produced to establish eligibility under the NRI category.
