Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has issued a notification regarding the Medical Board assessment of candidates registered for admission to PG Medical Degree and Diploma courses under the Competent Authority Quota for the 2026–27 academic year.

The notification, dated October 27, 2026, follows the university's earlier notice issued on October 14, 2026. Candidates seeking admission under the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) reservation category must appear before the Medical Board constituted by KNRUHS on the scheduled date.

Documents and Reporting Instructions

KNRUHS has instructed all candidates to report to the assessment venue by 9:00 AM on October 30, 2026. Candidates must be accompanied by their parents or guardians and carry the relevant original certificates.

Applicants should arrive on time and ensure that they have all required documents for verification and assessment. Candidates should also follow any additional instructions issued by the university or Medical Board.

Further Medical Evaluation for PwD Candidates

The university has clarified that some candidates may require additional evaluation in specific medical specialities. Such candidates may be asked to attend on subsequent days for further assessment in areas including:

• Hematology

• Neurology

• Ophthalmology

• Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)

Candidates who require further evaluation should follow the instructions communicated by the Medical Board regarding subsequent assessments.

The notification applies to candidates who have registered for admission to PG Medical Degree and Diploma courses under the Persons with Disabilities reservation category through the Competent Authority Quota in Telangana for 2026–27.
