The Maharashtra State CET Cell has issued Notice No. 30 dated October 28, 2026, announcing the registration process for the third round of the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for Group C undergraduate Health Science courses under NEET UG 2026.

The admission process covers Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPTH), Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOTH), Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP), Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics (B.P&O), and Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) courses for the academic year 2026–27.

According to the notice, the first two CAP rounds have been completed. Candidates must complete the prescribed registration requirements before the third round of admissions can proceed.

The CET Cell has announced the following deadlines for online registration, fee payment and document uploading.

All deadlines are based on the server time specified in the official notice. Candidates should complete each step before the respective deadline.

Who Needs to Register for CAP Round 3?

The CET Cell has issued specific instructions for candidates who have already registered and those who participated in the second round.

• Previously registered candidates: Candidates who have registered earlier do not need to register again.

• Candidates who cancelled their Round 2 seat: Candidates who cancelled their allotted Group C seat in Round 2 must register again to participate in Round 3.

• Candidates who did not join their Round 2 seat: Candidates who received a seat but did not join must also register again.

• Application resubmission: Candidates required to register again must unlock their application form and resubmit it.

Candidates should carefully check their registration status and follow the instructions applicable to their admission history.

Registration Fee Payment and Document Upload Instructions

Candidates must pay the registration fee through the online payment gateway. The CET Cell has clarified that registration will be considered complete only after successful payment of the prescribed fee.

Applicants must also upload coloured scanned copies of the required original documents through the official portal. Failure to upload and submit the required documents may result in the candidate being excluded from the admission process or from consideration under the claimed category.

After uploading all the required documents, candidates must click the Submit button. The notice warns that applications may be rejected if candidates upload the documents but fail to submit the form.

When Will the CAP Round 3 Counselling Schedule Be Released?

The detailed schedule for CAP Round 3 and subsequent admission rounds will be announced separately by the Maharashtra State CET Cell.

Candidates should regularly visit the official website for updates regarding the counselling schedule, seat allotment and further admission instructions. The announced schedule may change in accordance with directions issued by the relevant central or state authorities, councils or courts.
