The NEET PG 2025 examination, initially scheduled for June 15, 2025, has been postponed following a directive from the Supreme Court of India. The Court mandated that the exam be conducted in a single shift to ensure fairness and uniformity, rejecting the previously planned two-shift format due to concerns over potential disparities in difficulty levels between shifts .
In response, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is working to expand the number of secure test centers and upgrade necessary infrastructure across India to accommodate all candidates in a single shift. This logistical challenge has led to the postponement of the exam. The revised date for NEET PG 2025 will be announced soon .
