The counselling schedule for the NEET UG 2026 Special Stray Round for MBBS and Round 5 for BDS and B.Sc Nursing seats has been released. The schedule covers State Counselling as well as All India Quota, Deemed and Central Universities.

As per the schedule, the counselling process will take place from November 2 to November 7, 2026. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will also share the data of candidates allotted seats under the All India Quota with the respective states for weeding purposes.

MCC to Share All India Quota Allotment Data with States

MCC will share the data of candidates allotted seats under the All India Quota with the respective state counselling authorities on November 7, 2026. This data-sharing process will support the weeding of candidates from the state counselling process, as specified in the schedule.

Candidates participating in state counselling should follow the instructions issued by their respective state authorities.

Important Instructions for Participating Colleges

The schedule includes a specific instruction for all participating institutes and colleges. Considering the limited time available for completing counselling, all institutes and colleges have been directed to treat Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted holidays as working days.

Candidates should plan their admission and reporting activities accordingly and regularly check official counselling portals for further instructions.

NEET UG 2026: Last Date of Joining

The last date for joining the allotted institute is November 16, 2026, for both State Counselling and All India Quota/Deemed and Central Universities.

Candidates who receive a seat allotment must complete the admission and joining formalities within the prescribed deadline. They should also check the respective counselling authority's instructions regarding reporting and required documents.
