The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has issued Notice No. OJEE/0527 dated September 25, 2026, regarding the schedule and instructions for provisional admission to BAMS and BHMS courses under First Round Counselling 2026.
Candidates who have received an allotment in the first round are required to personally report at the OJEE Office, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on the notified date and time for completion of provisional admission formalities.
The reporting schedule has been divided according to the allotted college and stream.

Candidates must report according to the time allotted to their respective college.
Candidates allotted seats in the first round are required to pay the prescribed admission fee of INR 8,500 through the online portal.
The fee must be paid using the candidate's respective login ID.
Candidates should complete the payment before appearing for the provisional admission formalities.
The allotted candidate must exercise the appropriate Freeze or Float option through their OJEE login.
Candidates should carefully select the applicable option according to their counselling plans and the instructions issued by OJEE.
Candidates must bring all required documents in original, along with one additional set of photocopies, during reporting at the OJEE Office.

Candidates must submit the Nativity Certificate and CLC in original as part of the provisional admission process.
After successful verification of all required documents and payment of the prescribed admission fee, candidates will receive a Provisional Admission Letter from the OJEE Office.
Candidates will also receive an acknowledgement for the documents submitted during the reporting process.
The provisional admission will be completed only after the required documents have been verified and the prescribed formalities are fulfilled.
OJEE has specifically instructed candidates not to report directly to their allotted college at this stage.

After completion of the entire counselling and admission process, OJEE will send the list of admitted candidates along with the admission fees to the concerned institutes.
The respective institutes will then complete the final admission process.
OJEE has instructed that either the candidate alone or the candidate accompanied by only one guardian should attend the reporting process.
Candidates should bring all necessary documents and complete the formalities on the scheduled date and time.
If any amount becomes refundable to a candidate, the refund will be processed after completion of the final admission dates.
OJEE will process the refund and pay the amount to the candidate according to the applicable Government procedure.The notice also clarifies that if the fee structure is revised through a Government order, the revised fee structure will automatically become applicable.
