If online payment is unsuccessful for any reason, candidates can pay through a Demand Draft (DD). The Demand Draft must meet the following requirements:
It must be drawn in favour of OJEE.
It must be payable at Bhubaneswar.
It must be issued by any nationalised bank.
The candidate's name and NEET application number must be written on the back of the Demand Draft.
The Demand Draft must be submitted at the OJEE office during reporting.
Candidates must carry all original certificates, mark sheets and other required documents, along with one additional set of photocopies.
After successful document verification and payment of the prescribed admission fee, candidates must submit their Nativity Certificate and College Leaving Certificate (CLC) in original.
Once these formalities are completed, the OJEE office will issue the final admission letter. Candidates can then report to their respective allotted colleges to complete the remaining admission formalities.
Candidates who have received a new allotment in the Upgradation Round must report personally to the OJEE office according to the prescribed schedule.
However, the notification provides certain exemptions:
Candidates who reported in the first, second or third round, selected the FLOAT option in the previous round and subsequently received an upgraded seat do not need to report again to the OJEE office.
Candidates who selected the FREEZE option in previous rounds are also not required to report to the OJEE office.
These candidates can download their final allotment letters through their login IDs and report directly to their allotted colleges to complete the remaining admission formalities.
Candidates must report on the scheduled date and within the allotted time.
Only the candidate or the candidate accompanied by one guardian should visit the OJEE office.
Candidates must carry original documents and one set of photocopies.
Candidates using a Demand Draft must follow the prescribed payment and submission instructions.
The final admission letter will be issued only after successful document verification and completion of the required formalities.
Any revision in the admission fee structure through a Government order will automatically apply.
After the counselling process is completed, OJEE will send the list of admitted candidates along with the collected admission fees to the concerned institutes. The institutes will then complete the final admission process.
Candidates should refer to the official OJEE notification for the complete reporting schedule and admission instructions.
