The Uttarakhand Centralized Counselling Board for NEET UG 2026 has issued a notice regarding the cancellation of provisional seat allotments made in Round I and Round II of Uttarakhand State Centralized Counselling.

According to the notice published on September 28, 2026, provisional seats had been allotted to candidates based on their merit, choices/preferences submitted during counselling, and claims relating to domicile, category and sub-category.

During the admission process, the domicile, category and sub-category certificates of candidates admitted to various institutions, as well as candidates who had opted for FLOAT, were verified through the Principals of the respective institutions and the concerned District Magistrates.

Seat Allotments Cancelled After Verification

Based on the verification reports received from the respective districts, the provisional seat allotments of the candidates listed in the official notice have been cancelled.

The affected candidates will have no claim over the provisionally allotted seats mentioned against their names.

The notice further states that verification reports regarding the domicile, category and sub-category certificates will continue to be received from the District Magistrates, and the list of affected candidates will be uploaded on the counselling portal from time to time.

Candidates Whose Provisional Allotments Were Cancelled

The official notice lists 15 candidates whose provisional allotments from the first and second rounds have been cancelled.
