Eligible candidates can submit their college preferences through the official admission portal:

Candidates should read the university regulations and prospectus carefully before selecting their preferred colleges.
Candidates can follow these steps to submit their preferences for AP B.Sc. Nursing counselling:
Visit the official Dr NTRUHS UG admissions web options portal.
Log in using the required candidate credentials.
Select the eligible nursing colleges in order of preference.
Add, delete or rearrange options as required before submission.
Save and submit the selected options before the deadline.
Take a printout of the saved options for future reference.
The university has instructed candidates to use a computer system with Internet Explorer version 11 or above and not to use mobile phones or tablets to exercise web options. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number when candidates save their options.
Candidates should note that submitted web options cannot be edited. Options saved but not submitted by the deadline will be automatically submitted.
Seat allotment will be based on the order of preferences submitted by candidates, merit and applicable reservation rules. There is no limit on the number of eligible college options candidates can select.
Candidates must check the official university website after the web options window closes to know their allotment status. Individual communication will not be sent to candidates, although an SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number if a seat is allotted.
The university has prescribed a non-refundable university fee of INR 5,600. Selected candidates must pay the fee online through the payment gateway to download their allotment orders. Applicable bank charges may also apply.
Tuition fees will be as prescribed by the government for government, private unaided minority and non-minority nursing colleges.
Candidates who receive a seat allotment must download and print their allotment orders and report to the principal of the allotted college within the deadline mentioned in the allotment letter.
Candidates must carry their original certificates, allotment order and Provisional Verification Form. They must also pay the applicable college fee within the prescribed timeline.
Original certificates will be verified at the allotted college. If any discrepancy is found, the provisional allotment may be cancelled and action may be taken under university regulations.
The university has clarified the conditions for candidates participating in subsequent counselling rounds:
Candidates who do not receive a seat in Phase 1 can be considered for available vacancies in Phase 2 with fresh web options.
Candidates who do not report to their allotted college after Phase 1 can participate in Phase 2 with fresh options, but cannot claim their earlier Phase 1 seat again.
Phase 2 counselling may cover leftover seats, not-reported or not-joined seats and any additional seats.
Candidates upgraded to another college in Phase 2 cannot claim their previous Phase 1 allotment.
Candidates should review the university's subsequent notifications for detailed instructions and deadlines.
Candidates can contact the university help desk for assistance during the web options process.
