The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), under the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Puducherry, has released the Round 3 Draft Allotment List for UG NEET-based Professional Courses 2026–27. The notice, bearing reference number CENTAC/UG-NEET/2026/27 dated October 11, 2026, covers admissions to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), and Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH).

According to the official notice, 1,196 seats have been allotted out of a total of 1,285 available seats across the listed courses and quota categories. The draft allotment covers Government Quota, Management Quota, Management Quota–Telugu Minority and NRI Quota, along with the specified Management/Self-Supporting quota for BVSc & AH.

Candidates can log in to the CENTAC dashboard using their credentials to check their allotment status. If they identify any discrepancy, they may submit an objection through the Grievances option in their login dashboard before 11:00 AM on October 12, 2026. After considering and resolving objections, if any, CENTAC will publish the Round 3 Provisional Allotment List.

CENTAC has clarified that the draft list is indicative only and subject to change. Candidates cannot claim a right to a seat solely on the basis of the draft allotment, and the draft list cannot be challenged before a court of law, as stated in the notice. Candidates have been advised not to approach their allotted colleges or institutes until the Provisional Allotment List is published and they have downloaded the provisional allotment order from their login dashboard.

Important Court-Related Seat Conditions

CENTAC has included specific conditions affecting certain allotted seats:

• Four allotted seats: Admission to these seats will depend on the outcome of W.A. No. 2674 of 2026 pending before the Hon’ble High Court at Madras.

• One seat under MSP quota: One seat has been released and allotted in the MSP quota in accordance with W.P. No. 36623 of 2026 before the Hon’ble High Court at Madras.

• One seat at PIMS: One seat has been allotted and withheld at PIMS under USC/GSS in accordance with W.P. No. 38666 of 2026 before the Hon’ble High Court at Madras.

Candidates affected by these conditions should carefully review the official allotment notice and subsequent instructions issued by CENTAC.

1. Visit the official CENTAC website at https://www.centacpuducherry.in/.

2. Log in to the candidate dashboard using the registered credentials.

3. Check the Round 3 draft allotment status for the relevant UG NEET-based course.

4. Verify the allotted course, seat category and other displayed details.

5. If there is any discrepancy, submit an objection using the Grievances option before 11:00 AM on October 12, 2026.

6. After the provisional allotment list is published, download the provisional allotment order from the login dashboard and follow the official admission instructions.
