The university has clarified that the 15% All India Quota seats in affiliated private Homoeopathic colleges are open to eligible candidates across India. A domicile certificate is not required for allotment under this quota.
Candidates must upload all mandatory documents, including scanned certificates, a passport-size photograph and their signature in the declaration area. Applications submitted without mandatory documents or with incomplete information will be rejected and will not be considered for merit preparation or seat allotment.
The university will verify the uploaded documents and eligibility details. Final verification of original certificates will take place at the allotted college during admission. If any information or certificate is found to be incorrect or invalid, the candidature or provisional allotment may be cancelled.
Candidates must also submit an undertaking in the form of an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper worth INR 100 at the time of admission. The undertaking confirms that the submitted certificates are genuine and that the candidate accepts responsibility for any discrepancy.
Candidates allotted seats must pay a university fee of INR 15,000 through the online payment gateway. Payment can be made using a debit card, credit card or internet banking facility.
The university fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. After successful payment, candidates can download their allotment letters.
The tuition fee will be as notified in Government Order G.O.Ms.No.123, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (C1) Department, dated 4 September 2026.
Candidates must also pay the applicable college fee and tuition fee at the time of joining the allotted college.
Candidates can exercise web options for MD Homoeopathy courses and colleges according to their preferences. There is no limit on the number of options they can select.
A one-time password (OTP) consisting of a six-letter code in English capital letters will be sent to the registered mobile number during web option entry. Candidates should read the instructions before exercising their options and take a printout of their saved choices.
Seat allotment will be made according to the web options submitted by candidates. Allotment information will be published on the university website, and selected candidates will also receive an SMS on their registered mobile numbers.
Candidates must log in to the counselling portal to check their allotment status. They should download the allotment order after paying the university fee and report to the allotted college before the deadline mentioned in the allotment letter.
Candidates who receive an allotment in the first phase but fail to complete admission within the prescribed deadline will not be eligible for the second phase of allotment.
If a candidate admitted in the first phase receives a seat in the second phase according to their higher-priority options, the earlier allotted seat will automatically be vacated and offered to the next eligible candidate. The same process will continue in subsequent counselling phases.
