The Office of the Commissioner, Medical Education, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, has announced the schedule for the Special Stray Vacancy Round of State Combined NEET UG Counselling 2026 for MBBS and BDS admissions.

The schedule was issued on 5 November 2026. The round will be conducted to fill the remaining vacant MBBS and BDS seats through online choice filling, college-wise real-time merit lists, physical reporting for online attendance and admission based on attendance-cum-merit.

Important Rule for Online Attendance

DME Madhya Pradesh has clarified that candidates can register their online attendance at only one college during the Special Stray Vacancy Round.

Candidates must select their interested college from the choices they have filled and physically report to that college. They must approach the Government Nodal Officer appointed by the Directorate of Medical Education to get their online attendance recorded.

The real-time attendance merit list will be made available on the counselling portal. Admission will be granted to selected candidates based on the attendance-cum-merit process.

What Candidates Should Do

Candidates participating in the Special Stray Vacancy Round should check the remaining vacancy list and eligibility details when published on 11 November 2026. They should complete choice filling within the notified window and carefully select their preferred college.

Candidates must also ensure that they physically report to only one interested college for online attendance as per their filled choices. They should follow the instructions issued by DME Madhya Pradesh for the final admission process.
