Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr. NTR UHS), Vijayawada, has issued a notification for PG Dental Admissions 2026-27 under Management Quota in private non-minority dental colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The notification, dated October 3, 2026, provides an additional opportunity for eligible candidates to submit documents under Sub-category S2 (NRI)/NRI Lapsed and Sub-category S3 (Institutional).
The notification has been issued in continuation of the university's earlier notification dated September 21, 2026. According to the latest notice, candidates who had previously submitted their applications and whose names appeared in the Final Merit List displayed on September 28, 2026, but who did not register under S2 (NRI)/NRI Lapsed or S3 (Institutional), can now apply for these sub-categories.
Candidates who wish to opt for the S2 or S3 sub-category can update and submit the required documents by paying a late fee of INR 10,000. The opportunity is applicable for admission to PG Dental Degree/Diploma courses under Management Quota seats for the academic year 2026-27.
The online facility for submission of S2 (NRI/NRI Lapsed) and S3 (Institutional) documents with the late fee will be available from 05:00 PM on October 3, 2026, up to 05:00 PM on October 5, 2026.
Candidates who were already included in the Final Merit List dated September 28, 2026 but had not registered under the S2 or S3 sub-category can use this window to update and submit their documents. The applicable late fee is INR 10,000.
Candidates must visit the official Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences website and carefully follow the instructions given in the prospectus while uploading their documents.
The university has clarified that submission of all required and correct S2/S3 documents is mandatory for the application to be considered. The late fee paid by a candidate will not be refunded if the submitted S2/S3 documents are found deficient or are rejected during verification.
All S2/S3 documents must be scanned and uploaded as a single consolidated PDF as prescribed in the prospectus. Candidates have been advised to verify their documents carefully before submission because requests for re-uploading documents will not be accepted after the portal closes.
Dr. NTR UHS has also stated that no grievance redressal facility will be provided for rejection of S2/S3 status arising from deficiencies or discrepancies in uploaded documents. Therefore, candidates should ensure that the documents meet the applicable requirements before completing the submission.
The university has provided a special clarification for candidates who had already exercised the S2/S3 category option in accordance with the notification dated September 29, 2026, but were subsequently found ineligible under the respective category because of deficiencies in their uploaded documents. Such candidates do not have to pay the INR 10,000 late fee again when uploading revised documents to rectify the deficiencies.
