The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the notification for Post Graduate Pharmacy Admission Counselling (PGPAC)-2026 for admission to first-year M.Pharm courses at Government Pharmacy Institute (G.P.I.), Agamkuan, Patna.
As per Advertisement No. BCECEB(PGPAC)-2026/01 dated September 24, 2026, fresh online registration and application forms have been invited from GPAT-qualified candidates seeking admission for the academic session 2026-27.
The counselling and admission process will be conducted offline.
The counselling process is being conducted for admission to the first year of the following postgraduate pharmacy courses:

The BCECEB notice states that the rank card and counselling programme will be published on October 3, 2026, while the proposed counselling date is October 7, 2026.
The PGPAC-2026 notification invites applications from GPAT-qualified candidates for admission to the first year of the M.Pharm courses covered under the counselling process.
Detailed eligibility conditions, including academic qualification, residential requirements and other admission conditions, are specified in the PGPAC-2026 Prospectus available on the BCECEB website.
Candidates should carefully read the prospectus before submitting the online application.
Candidates have to complete the application process online through the BCECEB website.
Candidates must first complete online registration by entering the required details.
The candidate should use their own email address and mobile number, or the email/mobile number of their father or mother. Verification codes will be sent to both the registered mobile number and email address.
Once the mobile number and email address are verified, they cannot be changed during the counselling session.
After registration, candidates have to log in using their PGPAC ID and Password and complete the multi-step application form.

Candidates must upload a scanned high-contrast colour photograph and signature according to the instructions provided on the application portal.
Candidates should carefully check all information entered in the application form.
If any error is found, candidates can use the “Back to Edit” option and make the necessary corrections before final submission.
After verifying the application, candidates must select “Final Submit & Proceed to Payment” and complete the payment process.
The counselling fee is INR 2,200 for candidates belonging to:
The fee has to be paid online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI. Additional processing charges may apply depending on the payment method.
The counselling fee is non-refundable.
Candidates should ensure that the payment is successfully reflected in the Board's account within the prescribed deadline. An incomplete payment may result in rejection of the application.
After successful payment, candidates should download the Confirmation Page and Fee Receipt.
Candidates are advised to check the details printed on the confirmation page and retain it for future reference.
The correction/editing facility will be available only to candidates who have successfully completed the application and payment within the prescribed deadline.
The hard copy of the confirmation page does not need to be sent to the BCECEB office. However, candidates must make it available during counselling.
Candidates who identify an error in their submitted application, including an error related to entries, photograph or signature upload, will have an opportunity to edit or rectify the application on:

This facility is available only to candidates who have completed their online application and payment within the prescribed period.
Candidates should make all necessary corrections within the specified editing period because no modification will be permitted after the final submission process, subject to the provisions stated by BCECEB.
Candidates are required to submit the applicable original certificates and documents at the time of counselling/allotment.

Unlike the online application process, counselling and admission for PGPAC-2026 will be conducted offline.
The proposed date of counselling is October 7, 2026. The detailed counselling programme will be published by BCECEB on its website along with the rank card.
Seat allotment will be carried out on the basis of merit and availability of seats, as stated in the notification.
BCECEB has clarified that candidates need to complete the PGPAC-2026 application/registration only once.
The seat allotment for all rounds of counselling will be carried out on the basis of the application submitted by the candidate.
