BITS Pilani has announced that it will continue its Direct Admission to Board Toppers Scheme for the 2026 admission cycle, offering eligible students admission to its Integrated First Degree programmes including B.E., M.Sc., and B.Pharm courses without considering their BITSAT 2026 score.

Under the scheme, students securing first rank in the Science stream of any recognized Central or State Board will be eligible for direct admission. Candidates from the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) stream can apply for admission to any first-degree programme of their choice, while Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) stream toppers will be eligible for admission to B.Pharm, B.E. Environmental and Sustainability Engineering, and M.Sc. Biological Sciences programmes only.

To qualify, candidates must have obtained the highest aggregate percentage in Class 12 among all PCM or PCB students of their respective board and must meet the minimum eligibility requirements prescribed by BITS Pilani. In cases where multiple candidates are declared board toppers, the institute will apply tie-breaking criteria based on marks obtained in Mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Class 10 scores.

Applicants seeking admission under this scheme must submit documentary proof, including their Class 12 mark sheet and an official certificate from the board confirming their topper status.
