The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) is currently conducting the COMEDK UGET 2026 counselling process for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes offered by participating institutions across Karnataka. Candidates who qualified in the entrance examination must complete the counselling registration and document upload process within the prescribed timeline. As per the official schedule, the last date for registration and document upload is June 8, 2026, till 2:00 PM, while the document verification process will continue until June 30, 2026.

Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable counselling registration fee of ?2,000 to participate in the centralized online counselling process. The counselling will be conducted in four rounds, including mock and supplementary rounds, for admission to more than 150 participating engineering colleges across Karnataka. After successful document verification, eligible candidates will be allowed to participate in choice filling and seat allotment rounds.

Applicants are advised to upload all required academic certificates, identity proofs, category certificates (if applicable), and other supporting documents carefully to avoid rejection during verification. Candidates should also regularly monitor the official counselling portal for updates regarding verification status, choice filling schedules, mock allotment results, and final seat allotment. Students are strongly advised to complete the registration process well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues caused by heavy website traffic.
