The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has published the Second Phase Stray Vacancy Filling Allotment to the B.Pharm Course for 2026. The allotment has been made available on the official CEE Kerala website for candidates participating in the KEAM 2026 admission process.
Candidates who have received an allotment in the Second Phase Stray Vacancy Filling must join the allotted college from October 5, 2026, to October 7, 2026, up to 4:00 PM.
The details of the candidate's allotment, including Name, Roll Number, Allotted College, Category of Allotment and Fee Details, will be available on the candidate's home page as well as in the Allotment Memo.
Candidates who have received an allotment must take a printout of the Allotment Memo from their candidate home page.
CEE Kerala has specifically stated that the Allotment Memo available in this phase will not be available later. Therefore, candidates are advised to keep a copy of the allotment memo safely for future reference.
Candidates who receive an allotment can also download the Data Sheet, containing their basic details, by clicking the “Data Sheet” menu available on their candidate home page.
At the time of admission, candidates must produce the following before the concerned college authorities:
Candidates should ensure that all required documents are available before reporting to the allotted college.
Candidates who receive an allotment in this phase must pay the fee payable to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, wherever applicable, as specified in the Allotment Memo.
The payment must be made through Online Payment on or before:
October 7, 2026, up to 3:00 PM
After making the required payment, candidates must pay the balance fee to the allotted college, as shown in the Allotment Memo.
Candidates must complete admission and join the allotted college by:
October 7, 2026, up to 4:00 PM
The joining period is:
October 5, 2026 to October 7, 2026, up to 4:00 PM
CEE Kerala has warned that candidates who do not take admission will lose their allotment as well as their existing allotment, if any.
