The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has issued a notification regarding the revised schedule for the first phase of KEAM 2026 state counselling for MBBS/BDS admission. The notification was issued on August 20, 2026, in continuation of the earlier notification dated August 15, 2026.
As per the revised schedule, candidates have been provided an opportunity to register, delete or rearrange their options for the first phase of allotment. The option registration facility will remain available on the CEE Kerala website until August 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
Candidates who have not registered any options so far can submit fresh options, while candidates who have already registered options can modify their existing preferences by deleting or rearranging them, if required.
Based on the options received up to the deadline, the provisional allotment will be published on August 25, 2026, followed by the final allotment on August 27, 2026.
Candidates who receive an allotment to MBBS/BDS courses will have to remit the fee mentioned in their allotment memo and complete admission within the prescribed period.

CEE Kerala has clarified that the option registration facility is available for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in self-financing private dental colleges, irrespective of domicile.
The allotment to these seats will be subject to Government approval.
The current phase will also include Palakkad Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Palakkad for MBBS allotment.
The notification has specified the provisional annual fee for PIMS Palakkad as follows:
Candidates considering PIMS Palakkad should take these provisional fee details into account while submitting their options.
Candidates whose results have been withheld due to various reasons are also permitted to register their online options for the allotment process.
However, options submitted by such candidates will not be considered for allotment unless they produce the required documents, clear the defects and have their ranks released before 3:00 PM on August 23, 2026.
Candidates should ensure that all required documents and deficiencies are addressed within the prescribed deadline.
Candidates participating in KEAM 2026 MBBS/BDS counselling should carefully review their existing options before the option registration deadline. Those who have not submitted options can register fresh choices, while candidates who have already submitted choices can delete or rearrange them as required.
