The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has announced a revised schedule for the first-phase allotment to MBBS/BDS courses under KEAM 2026.
As per the notification dated August 20, 2026, the facility for option registration, deletion and rearrangement for the first-phase allotment will remain available on the official CEE Kerala website until August 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
Candidates seeking admission to MBBS/BDS courses can use the option registration facility available on the CEE Kerala website at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates should carefully verify and arrange their options before the deadline.
Based on the options received up to the specified deadline, the provisional allotment will be published on August 25, 2026. The final allotment for the first phase is scheduled to be published on August 27, 2026.

The revised schedule has been issued in accordance with the directions of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
