Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Telangana, has invited online applications from eligible NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates for admission to MBBS and BDS courses under Management Quota (B Category and C/NRI Category) for the academic year 2026-27. The registration process is applicable to private unaided non-minority and minority medical and dental colleges affiliated with KNRUHS, as well as Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences, affiliated to Anurag University.
Eligible Indian citizens, NRIs, PIO and OCI card holders who have qualified NEET UG 2026 with the prescribed cutoff scores can register for the management quota counselling. The registration is intended to determine the State Merit Position for Management Quota seats. KNRUHS will notify the available seat matrix before candidates exercise web options.

Candidates must have secured the following minimum NEET UG 2026 scores:

KNRUHS has clarified that the lower percentile applicable to SC, ST and BC candidates, as well as their PwD categories, is only for determining NEET UG eligibility.
For Management Quota-B seats in MBBS and BDS courses at KNRUHS-affiliated medical and dental colleges, 85% of the seats are reserved for local candidates of Telangana, while the remaining 15% are open to candidates from across India, including Telangana candidates, based on merit.
For Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences, 25% of Management Quota-B seats are reserved for local candidates of Telangana. Candidates from across India are eligible for Management Quota-C/NRI seats.
Foreign students and NRI candidates can apply for MBBS and BDS admission under the C/NRI quota. Candidates seeking consideration under the NRI category must specifically select the NRI option in the online application.
Candidates must have passed Intermediate/10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English. General/EWS candidates must have at least 50% marks in science subjects, while SC/ST/BC candidates require at least 40%. General/EWS PwD candidates require 45% marks in science subjects.
Candidates must also have qualified NEET UG 2026 with the prescribed cutoff. The candidate must have completed 17 years of age by December 31, 2026.
The non-refundable registration and processing fee is ?12,000, excluding bank transaction charges. Payment can be made online through Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking.
Candidates are required to upload scanned original documents, including the NEET UG 2026 scorecard, birth certificate/10th marks memo, qualifying examination certificate, study certificates, transfer certificate, applicable community/minority certificates, Aadhaar card, photograph and signature.
Additional documents are required for candidates applying under the NRI quota and for candidates seeking eligibility for Army College of Dental Sciences.
Candidates should ensure that all mandatory certificates are uploaded correctly. Incomplete applications or applications without the required documents may be rejected and will not be considered for determining the relevant merit position.
KNRUHS will separately announce the schedule for web options. Candidates will have to exercise their preferences separately for MBBS and BDS seats. They are advised to carefully arrange their college preferences and retain a printout of their submitted web options.
After seat allotment, selected candidates will have to pay the prescribed university fee, download the allotment order and report to the allotted college with the required original certificates and copies for final verification.
KNRUHS has also warned candidates and parents against brokers, touts and middlemen claiming to guarantee medical or dental seats. The university stated that admissions will be made according to government and university rules, NEET UG 2026 merit and the web options exercised by candidates.
