The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released Notice No. 32 dated 2 November 2026, announcing the schedule for Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 3 for Group C courses.

The counselling process covers the following courses for the academic year 2026–27:

• BPTH – Bachelor of Physiotherapy

• BOTH – Bachelor of Occupational Therapy

• BASLP – Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology

• BP&O – Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics

• BNYS – Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences

The schedule covers the publication of candidate lists, merit lists, grievance submission, seat matrix, preference filling, selection and physical reporting. This notification continues the admission process announced through State CET Cell Notice No. 30 dated 28 October 2026.

Maharashtra Group C CAP Round 3 Important Dates

Grievance Submission and Merit List

Candidates can submit grievances against the provisional merit list on 4 November 2026. They must provide the necessary supporting documents for any correction or modification requested.

The CET Cell has clarified that no changes will be accepted without supporting documentary proof. The combined final merit list of registered candidates will be published on 5 November 2026.

The seat matrix for CAP Round 3 will also be released on 5 November 2026.

Online Preference Form Filling

Eligible candidates can fill in their online preferences for CAP Round 3 from 5 to 7 November 2026, up to 10:00 AM.

Candidates should carefully select their preferred colleges and courses while submitting the preference form. They should check the seat matrix and eligibility conditions before completing the choice-filling process.

Eligibility Restrictions for CAP Round 3

The CET Cell has specified certain restrictions for participation in this counselling round.

Candidates who have joined a seat in Group A through either the State or All India Quota (AIQ) will not be eligible for Group C CAP Round 3.

Similarly, candidates with joined status up to Round 3 of Group B counselling through either the State or All India Quota will not be eligible for this round.

Candidates should verify their admission status before participating in the preference-filling process.

Selection List and Physical Reporting

The Maharashtra CET Cell will declare the CAP Round 3 selection list on 9 November 2026.

Candidates who are allotted seats must complete physical joining at the allotted college between 10 and 14 November 2026. They must carry all original documents and pay the requisite admission fees through Demand Draft (DD) or cheque.

Candidates must also complete and submit the Status Retention Form during the admission process.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Check the provisional and final merit lists carefully.

• Submit supporting documents along with any grievance.

• Complete online preference filling within the prescribed deadline.

• Verify eligibility before participating in CAP Round 3.

• Carry all original documents during physical reporting.

• Complete admission formalities and fee payment within the specified joining period.

The announced schedule is subject to change based on directions from the Central Council, Central Government, State Government or competent courts.
