The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Government of Manipur, has issued a notification regarding the first round of State Level Medical PG Counselling for the academic session 2026-27.

The notification, dated November 3, 2026, is issued in continuation of the Directorate's earlier notification dated November 2, 2026. It provides important documents and instructions for candidates participating in Round 1 counselling for admission to MD, MS and Diploma courses.

The Directorate has released five annexures covering the seat matrix, registration documents, general counselling instructions, technical guidelines and the Standard Operating Procedure.

Manipur NEET PG Round 1 Seat Matrix 2026

The Directorate has released the Round 1 seat matrix as Annexure A. Candidates can refer to this document for the available seats in MD, MS and Diploma courses under the state-level counselling process.

Candidates should carefully review the seat matrix before making their choices. The notification itself does not provide the course-wise or college-wise seat numbers in its main text; these details are contained in Annexure A.
