The Office of the Commissioner Medical Education, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh has issued a revised tentative schedule for MP State Combined NEET UG Counselling 2026 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. The revised schedule is dated August 20, 2026, and covers the activities following the first-round seat allotment.
According to the schedule, the First Round Allotment Result will be announced on August 24, 2026. Candidates who receive seats will then have to report personally to their allotted medical or dental college for document verification and admission.

Candidates allotted seats in the first round must report in person to their allotted medical or dental college between August 25 and September 3, 2026.
The reporting process will include document verification and admission formalities. Candidates should complete the process within the prescribed deadline of September 3, 2026, up to 6:00 PM.
One of the important instructions in the revised schedule concerns the upgradation option for the second round.
Candidates must exercise the YES/NO option for upgradation at the time of admission at the college level. The admission slip will be generated only after the candidate exercises this upgradation option.
Candidates will also be allowed to edit their upgradation option through their candidate login until September 3, 2026, up to 11:55 PM.
The schedule also provides a window for candidates who wish to resign or cancel their admission at the college level.The online resignation/cancellation facility will remain available from August 25 to September 3, 2026, up to 7:00 PM.Candidates should carefully follow the prescribed procedure within the specified timeline.
