The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has issued a revised schedule for the Round 3 post-allotment activities for B.Pharm, LE-Pharm and M.Pharm courses under OJEE 2026. The revised schedule has been issued through Notice No. OJEE/561 dated October 4, 2026.

The revised notice is applicable to candidates who have been allotted seats after the third round of counselling. As per the earlier schedule mentioned in Notice No. OJEE/510 dated September 19, 2026, the post-allotment activities were scheduled up to October 3, 2026. These deadlines have now been revised.

OJEE 2026 Round 3 Revised Schedule

The online reporting process includes payment of the Part Admission-cum-Seat Confirmation Fee, document upload and responding to queries. This activity is applicable to newly allotted candidates.

Newly allotted candidates will be able to download their Final Allotment Letter only after successful verification of their documents.

Final Allotment Letter and Admission

Candidates who have paid the Part Admission-cum-Seat Confirmation Fee and whose documents have been verified up to the 3rd (Final) Round can download their Final Allotment Letter after publication of the 3rd Round Final Allotment.

After downloading the Final Allotment Letter, candidates must report to their finally allotted Institute/College for final admission within the stipulated time. The notice states that the final admission reporting schedule will be notified later.

Candidates who fail to report within the stipulated period may have their allotment cancelled, and the resulting vacant seats may subsequently be filled through Institute/College-level admission.

OJEE has also advised all candidates to check the websites of their finally allotted colleges/institutes and contact the concerned authorities to confirm the actual reporting date, reporting mode and other admission-related requirements.

• Online reporting and document-related activities are now allowed up to October 6, 2026.
• Newly allotted candidates must complete document verification before downloading the Final Allotment Letter.
• Physical reporting to the finally allotted college/institute is allowed up to October 10, 2026.
• Candidates must pay the required Part Admission-cum-Seat Confirmation Fee.
• Candidates must upload the required documents and respond to queries, wherever applicable.
• Failure to report within the stipulated period can result in cancellation of allotment.
• Candidates should check their allotted institute's official website for the actual reporting date and mode of reporting.
