The Rajasthan Medical Education Society (RAJMES), through the Office of the Principal and Controller, Jhalawar Medical College and Associated Hospital Group, Jhalawar, has released an important notice for candidates seeking admission to postgraduate (PG) courses for the 2026 academic year.
As per the notice dated November 2, 2026, candidates must report to the college with the required original documents and three sets of self-attested photocopies. They must also bring a Demand Draft for the applicable academic fee, excluding hostel charges.
Candidates must prepare the Demand Draft in favour of Principal, Jhalawar Medical College, Jhalawar, payable at Jhalawar.

Candidates should ensure that the Demand Draft is prepared for the correct seat category before reporting for admission.
Candidates must carry the following documents in original along with three sets of self-attested photocopies, arranged in the prescribed order:

Demand Draft for Management Seat (INR 9,25,700), if applicable.
Seat allotment letter.
Admit card issued by DGHS/AIIMS/NBE.
Rank letter issued by DGHS/AIIMS/NBE.
Scorecard issued by DGHS/AIIMS/NBE.
NEET PG counselling online registration form.
Accepted resignation from the present institution or from the college allotted through another counselling process, including All India PG counselling, if applicable.
Class 10/Secondary marksheet.
Class 10/Secondary certificate.
Class 12/Senior Secondary marksheet.
Class 12/Senior Secondary certificate.
MBBS marksheets of all professional examinations.
MBBS degree or provisional certificate.
Eligibility certificate/NBE result for foreign medical graduates.
Internship completion certificate.
Attempt certificate.
Migration certificate.
Migration certificate/NOC for foreign candidates.
Rajasthan or other applicable Medical Council registration certificate and latest caste certificate, if applicable.
Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate, if applicable.
Domicile certificate, if applicable.
Persons with Disabilities (PwD) certificate, if applicable.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer, if applicable.
Photo ID proof, such as Aadhaar Card or another government-issued ID.
Six passport-size photographs.
Photocopy of the eligibility form for in-service candidates only.
Photocopy of the relieving order for in-service candidates only.
Service bond as prescribed by the State Government.
Surety bond of INR 10 lakh.
Bank guarantee of INR 1.5 lakh and surety bond of INR 8.5 lakh at the time of final joining in the college.
Candidates must carry three sets of all applicable documents, self-attested, along with the original certificates.
The college has issued additional instructions for candidates reporting through different counselling processes.
Candidates allotted through State Counselling who report to SMS Medical College must calculate the remaining fee against the amounts mentioned for Government and Management seats. They must submit a Demand Draft for the balance amount at the time of joining the college.
Candidates must carefully review the RAJ NEET PG 2026 notification and arrange any additional documents required under the counselling rules.
If the State Government, RAJMES or the counselling board makes changes to fees or document requirements, candidates must comply with the revised instructions.
Candidates should keep scanned copies of all the documents listed in the notice for their records.
