Chennai, October 9, 2025:
The Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DME), Tamil Nadu, has issued Notification No. 36/SCS1(1)/2025, revising the schedule for Round 3 of MBBS and BDS counselling for the academic year 2025–26.
As per the new schedule, candidates can register for Round 3 till 5:00 PM on October 12, 2025. The resignation portal will also remain open until the same time and date.
The choice filling and locking window will open from 5:00 PM on October 13, 2025, and will close at 5:00 PM on October 16, 2025.
Seat allotment processing will be conducted on October 17, 2025, and the results will be published on October 18, 2025.
Candidates can download their allotment orders from October 18 to October 27, 2025 (till 12:00 Noon), and the last date for reporting is October 27, 2025, by 5:00 PM.
The revised schedule was issued following updates from the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of DGHS as per the UG State Schedule 2025 dated October 9, 2025.
