Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Telangana has notified the fee structure for UG MBBS and BDS courses for the 2026-2029 block period in private unaided non-minority and minority medical and dental colleges in the state, as well as the Army College of Dental Sciences, Secunderabad.
As per the notice dated August 11, 2026, the fee structure for the 2026-2029 period will remain the same as the fee structure notified for the 2023-2026 block period under G.O.Ms.No.106, HM&FW (C1) Department, dated July 28, 2023, read with subsequent orders. The terms and conditions prescribed under the earlier government orders will also continue to apply.

The exact Cat-B fee varies by institution. The source also states that Deccan College of Medical Sciences had its MBBS Cat-B fee refixed at INR 13,90,000 per year for the 2023–2026 block period.
For the 2026–2029 block period, the notification states that the same fee structure notified for 2023–2026 will continue to apply, along with the existing terms and conditions.
The government order specifies that private unaided medical and dental colleges must not charge capitation fees or engage in profiteering. Apart from the fee fixed by the competent authority, colleges cannot charge any unauthorised amount directly or indirectly under another heading, including donations.
The order also states that the total course fee is to be collected at the beginning of each academic year in five instalments. The applicable fee structure continues for students admitted during the relevant block period until completion of their course, subject to the prescribed conditions.
For an institution that receives fresh affiliation from the concerned university or government during the 2026-2029 block period, the notice states that the lowest fee structure prescribed under the applicable earlier government orders will apply.
