The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh has extended the registration window for Round 1 of UP NEET UG Counselling 2026. The extended schedule applies to admission to MBBS and BDS state quota seats in government and private medical and dental colleges and medical universities across Uttar Pradesh.
As per the notice dated August 12, 2026, candidates can now complete online registration and upload the required documents from August 13 at 11:00 AM to August 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The extension provides additional time to eligible NEET UG 2026 candidates who are seeking admission through the Uttar Pradesh state counselling process.
Candidates must also pay the prescribed registration fee and security money within the revised deadline. The payment window will remain open from August 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM to August 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Candidates are advised to complete the payment within the specified time to remain eligible for the counselling process.
