The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the results of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA-PG) and All India Competitive Examination (AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.)) 2026.
The examinations were conducted on July 4, 2026, for admission to Post Graduate and Doctoral Degree programmes for the academic session 2026-27.
The examination was conducted across 162 examination centres in 115 cities across India. A total of 42,110 candidates registered for the examinations, including 30,619 candidates for ICAR-AIEEA (PG) and 11,491 candidates for ICAR-AICE JRF/SRF (Ph.D.). Of the total registered candidates, 38,720 candidates appeared in the examinations.
According to the NTA press release, the ICAR AIEEA (PG) and AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.) 2026 results have now been hosted on the official NTA website.
Candidates who appeared for the examination can log in using their credentials and view, download and print their scorecards.
NTA has clarified that the responsibility of the agency is limited to conducting the entrance examination, declaring the result and providing the results to ICAR for further admission-related action.

The gender-wise registration data showed 21,533 female candidates and 20,577 male candidates registered for the examinations.
Among the candidates who appeared, 19,759 were female and 18,961 were male.
NTA also reported that 430 PwD/PwBD candidates registered for the examination.
After the examination, the questions, provisional answer keys and candidate responses were hosted on the NTA website from August 16 to August 18, 2026.
Candidates who appeared for the examination were provided an opportunity to submit challenges against the provisional answer keys. The challenges received by NTA were subsequently verified by subject experts, and the results were processed using the verified answer keys.
Candidates who qualify for the next stage of the admission process should follow the instructions issued by ICAR and the respective institutions.
NTA has stated that the eligibility criteria, self-declaration and various documents of eligible candidates will be verified according to the norms specified by ICAR or the institution where admission is sought.Candidates are advised to refer to the ICAR e-Prospectus and Admission Policy/Procedure for further admission-related instructions.
