The Indian Nursing Council (INC) has extended the last date for admission to various nursing programmes for the Academic Year 2026–27.
As per INC Notification No. 19 of 2026, dated 24 September 2026, the last date of admission has been extended from 30 September 2026 to 31 October 2026.
The extension applies to the following programmes:
The Indian Nursing Council has specifically stated that no further extension will be granted after 31 October 2026.
The notification has been issued with the approval of the competent authority and circulated to State Governments, Universities, State Nursing Councils, nursing schools/colleges and other concerned authorities.
