The Directorate of Health Services Medical Education & Research (DME), Meghalaya has released the list of candidates eligible to participate in the third round of counselling for admission to the first-year MBBS course at PA Sangma International Medical College, Meghalaya, for the academic year 2026-27.
According to the official notice issued from Shillong in October 2026, the third-round counselling will be conducted on October 8, 2026. Candidates included in the counselling list are required to report at the designated venue according to the reporting time mentioned against their name in the list.
The counselling will be conducted at the Office of the Director of Health Services Medical Education and Research (DME), Top Floor, Health Complex, Laitumkhrah, Shillong.

Candidates appearing for the third-round counselling must bring all original documents specified in Advertisement No. DHSME&R/152/USTM/MBBS/2026/6689 dated October 1, 2026.
In addition to the original documents, candidates are required to carry one set of self-attested photocopies of the required documents.
Candidates must also bring one self-attested passport-size photograph for the counselling process.
