The Department of Computer Science & Engineering (TSSOT), Assam University, Silchar has issued a corrigendum announcing the second and final round of admissions for B.Tech (Lateral Entry) and M.Tech (GATE/CUET/Non-CUET) programmes for the 2026 academic session.

According to the official notification, the online application process is currently underway and will remain open until July 31, 2026. Interested candidates are advised to complete the application process within the stipulated deadline.

• Application Start Date: July 15, 2026
• Last Date to Apply: July 31, 2026

The admission process is open for:

• B.Tech (Lateral Entry)
• M.Tech (GATE)

• M.Tech (Non-CUET)

• Eligible Candidates List: August 1, 2026
• Departmental Entrance Test / Direct Admission: August 3, 2026
• B.Tech Lateral Entry Offline Admission Test Venue: Department of CSE, TSSOT, Assam University, Silchar
• Provisional Selection List: August 4, 2026
• Admission and Online Fee Payment: August 4 to August 7, 2026
• Waiting List Publication: August 8, 2026
• Admission from Waiting List: August 8, 2026 onwards
