The Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Assam University, Silchar has officially released the last round admission notification for the M.Tech (GATE/CUET/Non-CUET) programme under the TSSOT scheme for the 2026 academic session.

Eligible candidates can submit their online applications through the university admission portal between 6 August and 8 August 2026. The entrance examination will be conducted in online mode on 9 August 2026, followed by the publication of the provisional selection list on 10 August 2026.

Admission Through GATE, CUET and Non-CUET Categories

The final admission round is open for candidates applying under GATE, CUET, and Non-CUET categories. Applicants are advised to complete the application process before the deadline and regularly visit the university admission portal for updates, counselling instructions, and further notifications.

The university has stated that seat reservation will be implemented according to the Government of India (GOI) and Assam University reservation policies. Since this is the final round of admissions, any conversion of reserved category seats will also be carried out as per the applicable GOI and university guidelines.
