The Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) has issued a public notice outlining the procedure for candidates to challenge the Provisional Answer Key of the Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) 2026.
According to the notification, the provisional answer keys will be uploaded on the official ASTU website after 6:00 PM on June 14, 2026, the day of the examination. Candidates who wish to challenge any answer in the provisional key may submit their objections online through the CEE-2026 Login Portal available on the university website.
The university has set 6:00 PM on June 16, 2026, as the deadline for submitting challenges. Candidates must pay a processing fee of ?500 per question while raising objections. ASTU has clarified that the fee will be refunded if the challenge is found to be valid and sustained by the subject experts.
All objections will be examined by subject experts, and the Final Answer Key will be prepared based on their recommendations. The university further stated that the results of CEE 2026 will be compiled using the final answer key, and no further communication regarding answer key disputes will be entertained after the specified deadline.
ASTU has advised candidates to verify the payable amount carefully before making the payment and ensure successful fee submission for their challenges to be considered. The decision of the university on all answer key challenges shall be final and binding.
