The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially begun the Joint CSIR UGC NET June 2026 registration process for candidates seeking eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor, and PhD admissions in Indian universities and colleges. The CSIR UGC NET June 2026 examination will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode on 17 and 18 July 2026 with a duration of 180 minutes (3 hours). The exam will be held in two shifts, with the first shift scheduled from 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and the second shift from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM. Candidates will be able to make corrections in their application form between 22 June and 23 June 2026, while details regarding the exam city slip, admit card release, provisional answer key, and result declaration will be notified later through the official website.

The examination will determine eligibility for subjects including Chemical Sciences, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences.
