Dibrugarh University has officially started the admission process for DUAT 2026 (Dibrugarh University Admission Test) for admission into various postgraduate programmes and lateral entry courses for the academic session 2026–27. As per the official notification, the online application process will begin from May 7, 2026, and eligible candidates can submit their application forms till May 28, 2026 (11:55 PM) through the official admission portal.

The university will conduct the DUAT 2026 examination on June 29 and June 30, 2026 across multiple test centres in Assam. Through DUAT 2026, admissions will be offered to several programmes including MA, MSc, MCom, MCA, M.Ed, MTTM, Biotechnology & Bioinformatics, Applied Psychology, Mass Communication, Women’s Studies, and lateral entry to FYIPGP 7th Semester programs.

Candidates appearing in the final semester of their qualifying degree are also eligible to apply for DUAT 2026. The university has advised applicants to carefully review the official eligibility criteria, subject combinations, and admission guidelines before submitting the online application form.
