The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced an extension of the application deadline for ICAR AIEEA (PG) 2026 and AICE JRF/SRF (PhD) 2026 entrance examinations. The decision has been taken following requests received from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and aspiring candidates seeking additional time to complete the registration process.

As per the revised schedule, candidates can now submit their online application forms until June 10, 2026, up to 5:00 PM through the official examination portal. The last date for successful fee payment has also been extended to June 10, 2026, up to 11:59 PM through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

The ICAR AIEEA (PG) examination is conducted for admission to postgraduate agricultural programmes offered by participating agricultural universities across India, while the AICE JRF/SRF (PhD) examination serves as the gateway for doctoral admissions and fellowship opportunities in agricultural sciences.

Candidates who have not yet completed their registration are advised to submit their applications well before the revised deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. Applicants should also regularly check official notifications for updates regarding examination dates, admit cards, and other admission-related announcements.
