The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has officially declared the IGNOU B.Ed Entrance Result 2026 for candidates seeking admission to the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme for the January 2026 session. Candidates who appeared for the entrance examination can now check their qualifying status through the official IGNOU portal.

According to the official notification, qualified candidates will be called for counselling at designated IGNOU regional centres, and admission will be offered based on the region-wise or cluster-wise merit list/rank and seat availability. Candidates are advised to stay prepared for the counselling process and regularly monitor updates shared by the university.

During counselling, candidates will be required to present all original documents and certificates for verification. IGNOU has clarified that the result has been prepared based on the information submitted by candidates in the online application form, and admission remains subject to verification by the concerned authorities.
