Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh has officially revised the examination schedule for JEECUP 2026 (UP Polytechnic Entrance Examination). According to the latest notification issued by the council, the computer-based entrance examination, which was earlier scheduled to be conducted from May 15 to May 22, 2026, will now be held from June 2 to June 9, 2026.

The decision to postpone the examination was taken considering student requests and in view of the extension of the online application deadline till May 11, 2026. The council stated that the revised schedule has been introduced in the interest of candidates to ensure smooth participation in the admission process.

JEECUP is conducted for admission into various diploma and polytechnic programmes offered by government and private institutions across Uttar Pradesh.
