The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has officially released the Round 1 Seat Allotment Result for JoSAA Counselling 2026. Candidates seeking admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) can now check their allotted institute and branch through the official counselling portal.

Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round 1 must complete the online reporting process, which includes document upload, fee payment, and willingness submission (Freeze, Float, or Slide options) within the prescribed deadline. The seat allotment has been prepared based on candidates' JEE Advanced/JEE Main ranks, category, reservation criteria, and choices filled during counselling.
