The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released an important update regarding the 2026 professional course admission process. As per the latest notice issued on May 18, 2026, candidates participating in the counselling and admission process can now exercise, edit, and rearrange their option entries till May 21, 2026.

Earlier, the option entry process was available till May 16, 2026, but keeping student convenience in mind, the authority has decided to provide additional time for candidates to review and modify their preferences.

Candidates applying for various professional and higher education programmes under KEA counselling are advised to carefully review their selected colleges and course preferences before the final submission deadline. Students should ensure all details are correctly updated to avoid issues during seat allotment.

Candidates who have not completed or updated their option entry process yet are advised to visit the official KEA portal and complete it before the deadline.
