The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has officially released a notification regarding the Online Stray Vacancy Round for UG NEET 2025 Medical and Dental courses. As per the circular dated 10 December 2025, KEA has completed the 3rd Round of Seat Allotment, with results published on 8 December 2025, and all allotted candidates were instructed to report to their respective colleges by 11 December 2025, before 5:30 PM.

According to the Notice:

• The Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted only for the remaining Medical and Dental seats left after the 3rd round.

• Candidates who were allotted seats in the 3rd round must complete their admission on or before 11 December 2025, failing which their allotted seats will be cancelled and added to the Stray Vacancy pool.

• Only those candidates who participated in the 3rd round but did not get any seat are eligible for the Medical Stray Vacancy Round.

• Candidates who have secured a seat in All India Quota, Deemed University, or any other institution and have reported already cannot participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.

• The medical course fee paid during the 3rd round will be adjusted for the Stray Vacancy round—no need to pay again for seat allotment.

KEA has also confirmed that detailed vacancy lists for Medical and Dental colleges after the 3rd round have been published on the official KEA website.
