Candidates who fail to complete the reporting process within the stipulated deadline may lose their allotted seat.

Candidates who are satisfied with their current allotment and wish to retain it can choose the "Freeze" option. However, those seeking admission to a higher-preference college or branch in upcoming CAP rounds should select the "Not Freeze" option while completing the reporting process.
Selecting "Not Freeze" allows candidates to retain their current admission while remaining eligible for seat upgradation in the next counselling rounds, subject to availability.
