The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has officially started the Round 1 College Option Form Filling process for admissions to the 3-Year LLB programme under the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for the academic session 2026-27.

Candidates included in the final merit list can now log in to the official CAP portal and fill in their preferred college choices between 5 August and 7 August 2026. The Round 1 allotment will be prepared based on merit, reservation policy, candidate preferences, and seat availability.

Candidates Should Fill College Preferences Carefully

Candidates are advised to carefully select and arrange their preferred law colleges before the option form filling deadline. The Round 1 seat allotment will be based on the candidate's merit rank, reservation category, choices filled, and seat availability.

After the allotment result is announced on 11 August 2026, selected candidates must report to their allotted colleges between 12 August and 17 August 2026 (excluding 15 August) with all original documents to complete the admission process.

Fresh Registration Window Also Open

The CET Cell has also opened the registration window for CET-qualified candidates who have not yet registered. These candidates can register for Round III and Institutional Level Admissions from 5 August to 31 August 2026.
